How to make a claim

Email us with:

• your proof of purchase
• the SKU, and the batch or lot number (both are on the product packaging label)
• clear photographs of the issue

Please don’t return the product unless we’ve authorised it. We aim to reply to all enquiries within one business day.

Who is covered, and for how long?

This worldwide commercial guarantee applies for two years from the original retail purchase date, validated by proof of purchase.

What does the guarantee cover, and what does it not?

The guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.

It excludes normal wear, accidental damage, damage caused by animals or sharp objects, misuse, alteration, improper care, failure to follow instructions, and any device, gear or other contents placed inside the case.

What will we do?

After assessing your claim, Aquapac will decide whether to replace parts, replace the complete product or refund the purchase price. Any replacement does not restart or extend the original guarantee period.

How does this relate to my legal rights?

This guarantee is additional to, and does not affect, consumers’ statutory rights against the seller.

Not a lifesaving device. The guarantee covers the Aquapac only, and not any devices, gear or other contents you put inside it. We recommend that you insure the contents separately.
