Hi!
I am a satisfied owner of one of your waterproof duffel bags. However, the valve has lost its rubber seal - where would I find a replacement part?
Sorry to hear that. It is possible to lose the purge valve seal if it's left open. We have your address and we'll send you a spare in the mail today, no problem. Thanks! https://aquapac.net/shop/waterproof-bags-duffels/upano-waterproof-duffel/
