Description

Our newest case in the range – designed for large radio mics as well as specialist electronic devices. Used by sound engineers around the world.
Also works with pulmonary hypertension and other medical pumps.
This case is designed for electronics which require a thin wire to be connected to them at all times. The special wire-thru clamp at one end allows that wire to stay connected and be waterproof. The case is usually used by professionals with specialist electronic devices but could be used for a permanently connected small tablet large phone or audio player. This video shows you how to use the TC clamp sealing system as used on all our radio microphone cases. Follow instructions carefully as there is a small trick - leave a gap between the sealing bars before closing the clamp levers.

• Supplied with adjustable carry cord and belt
• Like most of our cases it'll float if you drop it in water
• Feed out a wire of up to 3.5mm diameter from the case
• The seams are high frequency welded to form a super-strong bond
• Waterproofness Warning!: This case features our 'TC' Aquaclip which makes the case waterproof to IPX6 (a quick dunking should be fine, but not prolonged immersion).
Can people swim with it? Our testing shows that the TC clamp will let a tiny amount of water in after a period of total immersion. So the best advice we can give is to wear it in the small of your back if you’re swimming on your front, and on your tummy if you’re swimming on your back, so that it spends as little time submerged as possible. We are talking here about splashing around in the pool or the sea, but we are NOT talking about endurance/long-distance swimming.
The supplied belt measures 121 cm (47") when fully extended. If you need a shorter length, the webbing can be trimmed with sharp scissors or a knife. To prevent fraying, simply heat-seal the cut end.

Can I use my device through the case?

On our device cases, yes, talk, scroll, text and take photos with the case sealed. The Lenzflex window stays clear and touchscreens work normally. Storage cases and bags are designed to protect and carry, not for through-case use.
