Where do we ship from and how long does it take?

For UK, & Rest of the World [excluding EU & USA] from our factory in Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7BA.

We ship UK orders up to 2kgs by Royal Mail first class tracked. Over 2kgs by DPD next day tracked.


For Rest of the World by Tracked mail. It can take up to 10 days to some countries.

You can check the cost before ordering by putting items in the shopping cart and it will give you a price before ordering.

For EU from our French warehouse in Erceville, France.

Tracked service. Average costs from €8-15 for up to 2kgs. Delivery time from 2-5 days.

For USA from our facility in Ventura, Ca.

Continental US – Free shipping via FedEx Ground/UPS Ground or USPS for all orders over $50

(For orders under $25 we charge $6) takes 1-7 days depending on how far you are from NY warehouse.

We also offer a premium service – $25 for FedEx 2Day/UPS 2Day.
Alaska & Hawaii – FedEx Ground/UPS Ground costs $17 and takes 7 days.
