Description

Our mid-size range case – ideal for radio mics too large for our small case. Used by sound engineers worldwide. This video shows you how to use the TC clamp sealing system as used on all our radio microphone cases. Follow instructions carefully as there is a small trick - leave a gap between the sealing bars before closing the clamp levers.

• Use all buttons and switches through the case
• Like most of our cases it'll float if you drop it in the drink
• Feed out a wire of up to 1/10th inch / 3.5mm diameter from the case
• The seams are high-frequency welded to form a super-strong bond
• Waterproofness Warning!: This case features our 'TC' Aquaclip which makes the case waterproof to IPX6 (a quick dunking should be fine, but not prolonged immersion).
• As used by film crews and sound engineers all over the world!
• The other two sizes are the 158B Radio Microphone Case and 558 Connected Electronics

Can I use my device through the case?

Este video le muestra cómo utilizar el sistema de sellado de abrazadera TC que se utiliza en todos nuestros estuches para micrófonos de radio. Siga las instrucciones con atención, ya que hay un pequeño truco: deje un espacio entre las barras de sellado antes de cerrar las palancas de la abrazadera.

¿Qué tan impermeable es?

Es resistente a las tormentas (protegido contra chorros de agua potentes; haz clic en el icono para obtener más información). ¿Se puede nadar con él? Nuestras pruebas muestran que la abrazadera TC deja entrar una pequeña cantidad de agua después de un período de inmersión total. Por lo tanto, el mejor consejo que podemos darte es que lo lleves en la parte baja de la espalda si nadas boca abajo y en el abdomen si nadas boca arriba, de modo que pase el menor tiempo sumergido posible. Estamos hablando de chapotear en la piscina o en el mar, pero NO de natación de resistencia o de larga distancia.

Notas importantes:

Los estuches con esta abrazadera son solo para uso en superficie, pero ofrecen protección contra inmersiones temporales. No se recomiendan para inmersiones prolongadas. Cuando no utilice el estuche, deje la abrazadera TC abierta. De lo contrario, el cable o el tubo podrían causar una distorsión permanente de la espuma, lo que podría provocar fugas. Siempre que siga estas instrucciones, la abrazadera será hermética con o sin cable o tubo. El grosor máximo del cable o tubo alrededor del cual se sellará la abrazadera TC es de 1/10 de pulgada (3,5 mm).
