Products that do qualify for the offer: anything described as a bag, case, pack, sack, pouch, wallet, duffel or tote. And the waterproof headphones and the sports armband.
Note: items in the SALE do qualify for the special offer.
Products that do not qualify for the offer: accessories (other than the waterproof headphones and the sports armband).
Your personal information will be tightly guarded by Aquapac. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, swap, exchange, or barter our customers’ details unless they give us permission to do so.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
If you opt in to our mailing list we will keep your details on file so we can email you from time to time to let you know about New Stuff. We do this using software from Constant Contact which features SafeUnsubscribe™ – there is an unsubscribe option at the beginning and end of every mail.
The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us with your current details. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct them promptly.
If you choose to create an account we will keep your address and phone number and similar data but we will NOT record your credit card details.

Returns Policy – Warranty Claims
Should you have cause for complaint all you have to do is contact us. Keep the dispatch note that arrives with your goods, as you will need to quote the invoice number and date. If the case is defective we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund including your shipping costs.
Returns Policy – Changing Your Mind
If, when your goods arrive, you simply decide you don’t want them after all, you have the following 30 working days in which to notify us that you want a refund.
The case must be returned within 14 days of that notification in a saleable condition (the Aquapac must come back as good as new, but don’t worry about the packaging).
You will receive a full refund within (at the outside) 14 days of us receiving the goods, or proof of postage if you send that to us (in practice we would hope to pay the refund immediately on receipt). This will include what we charged you for shipping the goods to you – but the cost of returning the goods to us in this situation is your responsibility.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
There may be occasions when you are unhappy with the service that has been provided to you by Aquapac. In these cases we endeavour to be fair and efficient in handling any complaint you might have and your complaint will be dealt with confidentially by a Company Director.

We will endeavour to give you an answer within 5 working days and will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed about the progress of your complaint.
We regularly review our complaints procedure and welcome any suggestions you may have in relation to its improvement.
