No Hassle Returns


If, when your goods arrive, you simply decide you don’t want them after all, you have 30 working days in which to notify us that you want a refund.

The case must be returned within 14 days of that notification in a saleable condition (the Aquapac must come back as good as new, but don’t worry about the packaging).

You will receive a full refund within (at the outside) 14 days of us receiving the goods, or proof of postage if you send that to us (in practice we would hope to pay the refund immediately on receipt). This will include what we charged you for shipping the goods to you – but the cost of returning the goods to us in this situation is your responsibility.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
