No Hassle Returns
If, when your goods arrive, you simply decide you don’t want them, you have 30 working days (6 calendar weeks) in which to notify us that you want a refund.
To request a return or an exchange please contact us and make sure you click the box marked I want to request a Return.
The case must be returned within 14 days of this notification in a saleable condition (the Aquapac must come back as good as new, but don’t worry about the packaging).
You will receive a full refund within (at the outside) 14 days of us receiving the goods, or proof of postage if you send that to us (we try to pay the refund immediately on receipt).
This will include what we charged you for shipping the goods to you – but the cost of returning the goods to us in this situation is your responsibility.
Please DON’T send anything to us until you have been given a Returns Number and instructions on how and where to send it.
We aim to reply to all enquiries within one business day.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
